This page contains a letter from Bela Liptak.  Apparently he is very unhappy about my missing one of his deadlines for a contribution to a volume is editing on process control, including flow.  I did turn in the two missing sections, after which he sent back an email complaining that they contained "no new drawings and no updated text references."  It would seem that Mr. Liptak is very demanding of his volunteers.
