Letters of Recommendation - Moreland Perkins

This page contains a letter of recommendation written by Moreland Perkins in my final semester at U. of MD. in Spring 1973.  I now prefer to refer to him as Smoreland Smerkins since he married my college girlfriend Desiree (I have an adolescent side).  Even so, he wrote what was probably my strongest letter.
